## Description

Seal & Design, Inc. is a family owned company founded in Clarence, NY with three divisions located across the U.S. and Canada. Our product line includes gaskets, o-rings, seals, molded products, die-cut foams, and many other specific products for all kinds of sealing applications. We provide superior products to our customers across many industries, including: Automotive, Medical, Military, Aerospace, Electronics, Power Generation, Hydraulics, and HVAC.

**We are looking for a Production Associate to join our team, on first shift!**

-   _Monday - Friday - 6:00AM - 2:30PM_
-   _Pay Rate: $20.50 - 25.00_

**Overview:** Fabricate orders according to job specifications with an eye towards process improvement, quality and meeting or exceeding job productivity and efficiency standards.

**Responsibilities:**

-   Operate machinery safely according to company policies
-   Perform secondary inspection and advise supervisor of shortfalls in quality and temporarily suspends sorting until issue is resolved
-   Cross train and assist in other departments as required

## Requirements

_To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following regarding:_

**Experience:** 1 year of manufacturing experience

**Education:** HS Diploma

**Skills:** Proficiency working in a computer supported environment with business software, basic math and language skills, strong attention to detail

**Characteristics:** Results driven, ability to take initiative and challenge the status quo, ability to meet deadlines and work in a team atmosphere to deliver results
