Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative in the dynamic Education and E-Learning industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to providing exceptional support to Portuguese-speaking students and clients.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
-   Assist users with inquiries related to online courses, educational resources, and technical support.
-   Guide customers through the enrollment process and help them navigate the e-learning platform effectively.
-   Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
-   Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s educational products and services to provide accurate information.
-   Document customer interactions meticulously and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
-   Collaborate with educational teams to ensure the best possible experience for users.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
-   Familiarity with online learning platforms and educational technology is a plus.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
-   A genuine passion for education and helping others succeed.
