**Platform:** Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)

**Key Essential Skills:**

-   Extensive hands-on experience administering and configuring Salesforce Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), with a strong understanding of its underlying architecture and functionality.
-   Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and Handlebars Merge Language (HML)
-   Good exposure to email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, tracker domains and sender reputation
-   Testing and managing the impact of Salesforce releases
-   Proven experience managing Pardot-to-Pardot instance migrations or leading full Pardot implementations, including replicating existing configurations, assets, automation and integrations.
-   Strong technical expertise in Salesforce-Pardot integration, including connector configuration, field mapping, prospect synchronisation, sync rules and troubleshooting integration errors.
-   Demonstrable experience independently leading a Pardot implementation or instance-to-instance migration, taking ownership of the technical delivery, resolving complex platform issues and coordinating supporting technical resources.
-   Familiar with GDPR consent and subscription management

**Desirable Skills:**

-   Experience with Pardot Engagement Studio programmes, automation rules, completion actions and workflow configuration.
-   Familiarity with migrating Pardot assets, including forms, landing pages, email templates, custom fields and tracking configurations.
-   Understanding of Salesforce administration, including custom objects, fields, permissions and dependencies between Salesforce and Pardot.
-   Experience developing migration test plans, validating configurations and troubleshooting discrepancies between source and destination environments.
-   Knowledge of Pardot data structures, prospect records, lists, segmentation and campaign associations.
-   Experience managing technical delivery alongside distributed or offshore resources.

**Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Pardot Subject Matter Expert with a proven track record to lead a like-for-like migration of an existing Pardot environment into a new Salesforce organisation.

You will take ownership of replicating the existing configuration, integrations, automation and assets, ensuring the new instance operates identically to the original. Working alongside a supporting Pardot Administrator and the client's internal specialists, you will lead delivery, troubleshoot technical issues and oversee migration testing.

This is a hands-on technical migration role, focused on accurately replicating the existing environment rather than redesigning or optimising it.
