**About the Role:**

We are seeking a skilled and creative Webmaster to manage our company’s website and digital content. This role combines technical expertise in website management with creative skills in graphics and video posting to ensure a dynamic and engaging online presence.

**Job Responsibilities:**

-   Manage, update, and optimize the company website for performance, security, and user experience.
-   Upload, format, and maintain multimedia content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
-   Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create marketing collaterals and ensure brand consistency across digital platforms.
-   Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings.
-   Monitor website analytics and generate performance reports.
-   Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or external vendors when needed.
-   Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and responsive design across devices.
-   Support digital campaigns by creating landing pages and integrating multimedia assets

**Skills and Qualifications Required:**

-   Minimum 3 years overall experience and at least 1 year in a similar role. 
-   Proven experience as a Webmaster, Web Administrator, or similar role.
-   Strong knowledge of CMS platforms (WordPress and Elementor).
-   Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
-   Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
-   Ability to edit and post videos using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
-   Understanding of SEO, web analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console), and digital marketing fundamentals.
-   Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
-   Strong communication and collaboration skills.
-   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field preferred.
