## Description

🚨 **We’re Hiring | Operations Team Leader**

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on **Operations Team Leader** to lead the Operations team and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality daily operations across our properties.

### 🎯 About the Role

You will be responsible for leading the Operations team, overseeing property readiness, cleaning, maintenance, inventory, laundry, and daily operational activities while ensuring our units consistently meet our standards.

### 🔑 Key Responsibilities

-   Lead and coordinate the Operations team and daily activities.
-   Ensure all units are clean, well-maintained, and guest-ready.
-   Monitor cleaning quality, turnovers, and operational standards.
-   Follow up on maintenance issues and ensure timely resolution.
-   Oversee inventory, supplies, and laundry operations.
-   Monitor team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time.
-   Handle operational issues and make sure they are resolved effectively.
-   Coordinate with Property Management, Guest Relations, Maintenance, and other teams.
-   Identify operational risks and address them before they affect guests.
-   Ensure proper documentation and regular operational reporting.
-   Support team development, training, and performance improvement.
-   Take ownership of overall Operations performance and service quality.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in Operations, Property Management, Hospitality, or a similar role.
-   Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
-   Strong leadership and communication skills.
-   Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
-   Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
-   Attention to detail and high-quality standards.
-   Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
-   Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges.
-   Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
-   Good English communication skills.
