## Requirements

-   Fluency in both Irish and English, spoken and written.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the digital or technology sector.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
-   Familiarity with customer service software and digital tools.
-   Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
