## Description

**Position:** Sales Development Representative

**Working Hours:** US Hours ( Part Time)

**Full-Time, Remote Work.**

**Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR)

We are looking for a friendly, ambitious, and driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company dedicated to supporting women navigating infertility.

This is a remote, part-time independent contractor position with hours increasing over time:

-   Month 1: Approximately 4 hours per day
-   Month 2: Approximately 6 hours per day
-   Month 3: Approximately 7–8 hours per day (depending on business needs)

### Key Responsibilities

-   Source high-quality leads using sales prospecting tools and databases.
-   Research and identify potential customers.
-   Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
-   Conduct initial outreach and intake conversations.
-   Maintain accurate lead information within the CRM.
-   Manage and update the sales pipeline.
-   Build positive relationships with prospective customers.
-   Collaborate with the team to improve lead generation strategies.
-   Meet daily and weekly lead generation targets.

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in sales, lead generation, business development, or SDR/BDR roles.
-   Hands-on experience using sales prospecting platforms such as Apollo.io, Seamless.AI, or similar lead generation software.
-   Experience working with CRM systems.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Strong research and organizational skills.
-   Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
-   Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software.
-   Professional appearance and presentation during video meetings.
-   High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
