### About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible Primary Care Physician to join The Portland Clinic’s collaborative, multispecialty team **within a concierge medicine model**. This role is intended for physicians who practice **relationship-based, membership-supported primary care** and who value smaller patient panels, longer visits, and enhanced access for their patients.

Physicians in this role provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to adult patients (or all ages for Family Medicine), with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, and continuity. The concierge structure allows physicians to deliver thoughtful, unrushed care while maintaining predictable schedules and strong professional sustainability.

With integrated specialty support, EPIC EHR, and dedicated clinical teams, physicians are supported in delivering high-quality concierge care without administrative burden. This is a full-time, outpatient-only role with no hospital call and a clear pathway to partnership.

## Requirements

-   MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
-   Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
-   Unrestricted Oregon medical license (or ability to obtain)
-   **Documented experience practicing in a concierge medicine model**

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver personalized, high-quality primary care within a concierge medicine framework
-   Maintain smaller patient panels to support longer visits and enhanced access
-   Build long-term, trust-based relationships with patients
-   Emphasize preventive care, wellness planning, and proactive health management
-   Coordinate care with internal specialists and ancillary services
-   Utilize EPIC / MyChart and secure patient communication tools
-   Participate in quality initiatives aligned with concierge care delivery
-   Support continuous improvement of the concierge care experience

## Benefits

-   Competitive base salary $340,000

-   Productivity incentives and value-based bonuses after 2 years of practice
-   $100,000 sign-on bonus, paid in four installments over the first year ($25,000 each)
