## Description

Sunreef Yachts is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing Operations to lead the day-to-day management of its international marketing operations and oversee the execution of global marketing initiatives.

The role involves managing multidisciplinary teams, coordinating marketing activities across international markets and ensuring the effective delivery of campaigns, communications and events.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee the daily operations of the international marketing department, including Creative, Digital, PR and Events.
-   Manage the execution of marketing campaigns, yacht launches and international brand initiatives in line with the company's strategic direction.
-   Coordinate departmental workflows, project timelines, resources and deliverables.
-   Act as the primary operational marketing contact for Sales, Charter, international dealers and other internal stakeholders.
-   Oversee the planning and delivery of international boat shows, private events and brand experiences.
-   Manage team performance, development and accountability across marketing functions.
-   Oversee operational marketing budgets, external agencies and supplier relationships.
-   Ensure consistent brand standards, quality and timely delivery across all marketing activities.

## Requirements

-   8+ years of marketing experience, including leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
-   Proven experience managing international marketing operations, campaigns and events.
-   Background in luxury, automotive, hospitality, yachting or other premium industries preferred.
-   Strong organizational, project management and people leadership skills.
-   Experience managing budgets, agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
-   Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-   Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
