## Description

### About United Imaging Healthcare

United Imaging Healthcare is a global high-tech medical imaging company providing advanced CT, MRI, PET/CT, molecular imaging and radiotherapy solutions to hospitals and research institutions worldwide.

As our European business continues to expand, United Imaging Healthcare Poland is looking for a **Junior Logistics Specialist – Europe** to strengthen our European Logistics team.

The position will be based in Poland and will work closely with the Head of Logistics, United Imaging Healthcare Europe, supporting logistics operations across Central and Eastern Europe while gradually developing a broader understanding of United Imaging’s end-to-end European logistics network.

### About the Role

United Imaging’s European logistics operation covers the complete equipment delivery process — from **factory pick-up in China, China export, international transportation and European customs clearance, through warehousing and final delivery to the customer**.

As a Junior Logistics Specialist, you will initially focus on the daily execution and coordination of logistics activities for the **Central and Eastern European region**, while supporting European-wide logistics processes, documentation and standardization.

This is a hands-on operational role. You will work closely with Project Management, Order Management, Finance, Service, Headquarters Supply Chain, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses and local transportation partners.

Over time, you will be expected to take ownership of increasingly complex logistics activities and internal processes, allowing senior Logistics management to focus more on the further development of United Imaging’s logistics network in Western Europe.

## Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day logistics activities for medical imaging equipment and related materials across Central and Eastern Europe.
- Support the complete logistics process from factory readiness and shipment planning through final customer delivery.
- Coordinate factory pick-up and export arrangements with Headquarters Supply Chain and logistics teams in China.
- Follow international transportation by road, rail, sea or air and maintain clear shipment visibility.
- Coordinate European import and customs clearance activities with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
- Support warehousing activities including inbound, storage, outbound and final delivery preparation.
- Coordinate final-mile delivery of large medical imaging equipment to hospitals and customer sites.
- Communicate closely with local transportation providers and drivers, particularly in Poland and the CEE region.
- Maintain regular communication with Project Management and other internal stakeholders regarding shipment status, delivery schedules and potential risks.
- Identify logistics risks or delays early and escalate them proactively.

### Documentation & Process Control

- Prepare, review and maintain logistics documentation including:

- CMR consignment notes
- Commercial invoices
- Packing lists
- Proof of Delivery documentation
- Customs and import/export documentation

- Ensure customer-signed CMR and other required delivery documentation are collected, properly archived and communicated internally.
- Support documentation required for internal delivery confirmation and revenue recognition processes.
- Maintain structured shipment trackers and regular logistics status reporting.
- Support project-level logistics cost tracking and invoice verification.
- Follow the principle of clear project-level cost allocation and proper linkage between logistics services, invoices and order numbers.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel and relevant internal systems.

### Process Improvement & Standardization

- Support the development and implementation of standardized European logistics processes.
- Help maintain and improve SOPs, templates, shipment trackers and documentation standards.
- Support the standardization of CMR, Proof of Delivery and logistics documentation across European markets.
- Assist with the identification of recurring operational issues and propose practical process improvements.
- Support the development of shipment visibility and early-risk-escalation mechanisms.
- Work with senior Logistics management to improve cost transparency and logistics invoice control.

### Supplier, Warehouse & Delivery Coordination

- Support coordination and performance follow-up with freight forwarders, warehouses, trucking companies and specialized medical-equipment delivery providers.
- Support supplier qualification and operational evaluation when required.
- Assist with warehouse and transportation standards across different European countries.
- Support the development of reliable local logistics networks as United Imaging expands its direct business in Europe.
- Communicate effectively with both international suppliers and local operational teams, including drivers and warehouse personnel.

## Your Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business or a related field.
