## Description

_Key Responsibilities_

-   _Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery practices._
-   _Directly manage and deliver assigned projects end-to-end, from initiation and planning through execution, deployment, and closure._
-   _Oversee portfolio planning, resource allocation, prioritization, and capacity management._
-   _Monitor project performance, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery KPIs._
-   _Manage escalations and drive resolution of critical delivery issues._
-   _Ensure consistent project governance, reporting, and compliance with delivery methodologies._
-   _Coordinate with senior management, clients, and internal departments to align priorities and expectations._
-   _Drive continuous improvement across project management practices and delivery performance._

## Requirements

-   _Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading Project Managers._
-   _Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects independently._
-   _Strong expertise in project governance, portfolio management, risk management, and resource planning._
-   _Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills._
-   _Ability to manage competing priorities and drive results across multiple teams._
