_Job Description:_

_NuView IT is a security-first MS(S)P platform serving regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, manufacturing, and education. We integrate founder-led IT service providers into a unified organization that delivers enterprise-grade IT, cybersecurity, and compliance outcomes._

_The Field/Support Engineer delivers onsite support and project execution at client locations. This role handles deployments, troubleshooting, and onsite cutovers while maintaining strong documentation and coordination with remote teams_

_Role:_

_• Provide onsite troubleshooting and support; resolve issues or escalate appropriately_

_• Execute deployments (endpoints, peripherals, network gear, conference rooms)_

_• Support onsite project tasks (migrations, cutovers, installs) with project coordination_

_• Maintain accurate documentation, asset updates, and handoff notes after visits_

_• Communicate professionally with client stakeholders and manage expectations_

_• Follow safety/access procedures and maintain readiness for field work (tools/vehicle)_

_Education/ Job Knowledge / Skills_

_• 2–5 years field support experience (MSP preferred)_

_• Strong client-facing skills and ability to work independently_

_• Solid troubleshooting skills and comfort with onsite deployments_

_• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally/regionally_
