## Description

We are seeking a skilled Sports Medicine Specialist to join our healthcare team in Saudi Arabia. This role involves providing expert care in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sports-related injuries to athletes and active individuals. The ideal candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and promote optimal athletic performance.

### Key Responsibilities:

-   Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.
-   Develop personalized treatment and rehabilitation plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
-   Collaborate with physical therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care.
-   Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery protocols, and overall wellness.
-   Perform non-surgical interventions such as injections when appropriate.
-   Stay updated with the latest advances in sports medicine, particularly in the context of Saudi Arabia’s sporting environment.
-   Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records.
-   Participate in community outreach and sports health promotion activities.

## Requirements

-   Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
-   Completion of residency training in Sports Medicine, Orthopedics, or a related field.
-   Board certification or equivalent credentials in Sports Medicine.
-   Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in sports medicine, preferably with experience in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
-   Strong understanding of regional sports health challenges and cultural considerations.
-   Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
-   Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
-   Valid medical license to practice in Saudi Arabia is preferred or willingness to obtain one.
-   Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to local medical regulations.
