## Description

At Kubota Australia we distribute high value, exceptional quality agriculture, construction and farm machinery, and associated products.

In your new role you will plan fulfilment for wholegoods sales orders for Australian and New Zealand jurisdictions with an overall objective of optimising on time delivery and equitable allocation of available inventory to the dealer network to maximise retail sales outcomes.

You'll be joining a supportive team and be involved in continuous development and modernisation of how we do Supply Chain.

**Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:**

-   Oversee the administration and enhancement of the technology platform for sales order and inventory allocation planning
-   Review and apply the recommended settings from the optimisation tools to sales order lines, ensuring the changes and execution of tasks align with business policies and guidelines
-   Maintain current order allocation mapping for all sales orders to ensure the most accurate ‘Estimated Delivery Dates’ are reflected in Dealer Online system
-   Proactively engage with key stakeholders including Dealers, Dealer Support, Sales, 3PLs, Warehouse Operations, broader Supply Chain and Sales teams to inform activity including  on fulfilment decision making, adjusting order priorities, monitoring and managing delivery timeframes
-   Actively engage and collaborate with the Procurement and Supply Chain teams to address fulfillment shortfalls or issues
-   Apply ‘Lean Methodology’ by proactively driving efficiencies through minimising process waste
-   Undertake, monitor and act upon a range of reporting ad hoc or to schedule, such as; fulfilment status reporting and system health checks
-   Promptly act upon and respond to processing delivery requests
-   Undertake customer care and apply a solutions focused approach for stakeholder satisfaction
-   Participate in continuous improvement, cross-functional and Supply Chain / Procurement projects

## Requirements

-   Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain (desired)
-   Year 12 or equivalent education
-   Current Driver’s licence
-   Experience in customer service and care, preferably in a similar role within Agricultural, Construction or Industrial sector/s wholesaling to retailers
-   Demonstrated customer centricity and methodical approach, with thorough and timely resolution/ progress on work tasks/ enquires/ requests within compliance/ policy and procedure bounds
-   Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound evidence-based decisions taking into consideration broader commercial imperatives and context
-   Experience in undertaking reporting, reconciliation and data analysis on moderate to complex data sets
-   Competent and well-developed communication skill, including exceptional reporting and presentation skill
-   Strong interpersonal skills. Proven ability to develop and maintain professional relationships
-   Well-developed time management skill
-   High level of attention to detail and accuracy
-   Proven ability to work autonomously to deadlines and within a team environment
-   Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding in relation to Agricultural and Construction products and machinery (desired)
-   Intermediate computing skills, including Google/ MS Office suite/ similar and the application of AI tools
-   Use of SAP system for inventory/sales/order lookups, reporting and general navigation (preferred)
