## Description

We’re looking for a **Senior CNC Machinist** who enjoys complex setups, problem-solving, and leading by example on the shop floor.

This is a **hands-on role**, not management — ideal for an experienced machinist who wants influence without leaving the machines.

### What You’ll Do

-   Set up and operate CNC **mills and/or lathes**
-   Read blueprints and interpret **GD&T**
-   Program or modify toolpaths using **Mastercam**
-   Optimize tooling, feeds/speeds, and setup processes
-   Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, indicators, and height gages
-   Support and mentor other machinists
-   Document work and inspection results in **ProShop ERP**
-   Contribute to continuous improvement and shop organization

## Requirements

### What We’re Looking For

-   **5+ years** of CNC machining experience
-   Strong setup and troubleshooting skills
-   Experience with **Mastercam** and precision inspection tools
-   Solid understanding of tooling, materials, and machining strategies
-   Familiarity with **AS9100** practices
-   Reliable, quality-focused, and team-oriented
