## Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is currently seeking skilled Italian-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting the automotive sector in Greece. As a Customer Expert, you will provide outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients, assisting them with product inquiries, services, and after-sales support related to automotive products.

  

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver professional and timely customer support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products and services.
-   Assist clients with inquiries, service bookings, troubleshooting, and resolving complaints efficiently.
-   Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
-   Collaborate with sales, technical, and service teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
-   Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive product information, features, and company policies.
-   Provide constructive feedback to help improve customer service processes.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory; English language skills are advantageous.
-   Previous experience in customer service or the automotive industry is preferred.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude.
-   Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
-   Experience with CRM software and digital communication tools.
-   Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
-   Passion for the automotive industry and problem-solving capabilities.
