\[Job Summary\]

Seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and manage day-to-day business operations while supporting the company’s continued growth in the U.S. market. COO will report to CEO.

\[Job Description\]

Key Responsibilities

-   Oversee daily operations across US Branch
-   Lead operational planning, budgeting, processes, and organizational infrastructure
-   Partner with executive leadership on business strategy and execution
-   Manage cross-functional teams and improve operational efficiency
-   Oversee HR, finance, administration, legal/compliance coordination, and vendor relationships
-   Support major artist, production, and business initiatives
-   Serve as a key liaison between US Branch and global headquarters

## Requirements

Qualifications

-   10+ years of progressive operations or business leadership experience
-   Strong experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional operations
-   Entertainment, media, music, or related industry experience strongly preferred
-   Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
-   Experience working within a global or multinational organization preferred
-   Bilingual in English & Korean
