**Hiring: Senior Power BI Data Modelling Consultant – Expert**

We are looking for an experienced **Power BI SME** with strong expertise in designing enterprise-grade semantic models and data solutions.  
  
**Mandatory Skills**

✅ Power BI – Semantic Models & Data Modelling  
✅ VertiPaq / Import Mode  
✅ Composite Models  
✅ Row-Level Security (RLS)  
✅ Workspace Security & RBAC  
✅ SQL & Oracle Data Integration  
✅ Enterprise Data Modelling / CDM / EDM  
✅ Microsoft Fabric – Dataflows / Data Factory

## Requirements

**Key Responsibilities**

• Design, develop and optimize **Power BI Semantic Models** for enterprise reporting and analytics.  
• Build scalable **data models using VertiPaq / Import Mode** and optimize model performance.  
• Design and implement **Composite Models** using appropriate storage modes.  
• Implement **Row-Level Security (RLS)** and manage Power BI **Workspace Security & RBAC**.  
• Integrate and model data from **SQL Server and Oracle** sources.  
• Work closely with data engineering and business teams to define **Common Data Models (CDM) / Enterprise Data Models (EDM)**.  
• Support **Microsoft Fabric Dataflows and Data Factory** implementations.  
• Use **Python/R** to support **Spotfire TERR conversion** and related analytics requirements.  
• Establish data modelling standards, best practices and governance across enterprise BI solutions.
