## Requirements

-   Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
-   Proficiency in English to effectively communicate within our international team.
-   Valid EU passport or a valid work permit allowing employment in Greece.
-   Previous experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within the energy or utility sector.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex energy billing systems with ease.
