### Operations Manager | Property Management Leadership

**Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote  
**Location:** LATAM (Supporting Miami & Orlando, FL)  
**Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours (EST)

### About the Role

We are seeking a proven Property Management Operations Leader to oversee and drive the day-to-day performance of a growing U.S.-based property management company serving the Miami and Orlando markets.

This is not a training or development role.

We are looking for someone who has already successfully managed property management operations, led teams, worked directly with property owners, and understands leasing, maintenance coordination, collections, renewals, and portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader who naturally takes ownership, drives accountability, communicates confidently with clients, and brings a high level of energy and urgency to the business.

You'll lead a team of six employees across leasing, operations, maintenance coordination, and business development while serving as a key point of contact for property owners and company leadership.

### What You'll Be Responsible For

### Leadership & Accountability

-   Lead and manage a team of six employees across multiple departments.
-   Set expectations, establish KPIs, and hold team members accountable.
-   Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
-   Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.
-   Remove roadblocks and maintain a culture of ownership and execution.

### Property Management Operations

-   Oversee leasing activity and vacancy management.
-   Ensure units are turned efficiently and within budget.
-   Manage lease renewals and rental increases.
-   Monitor maintenance operations and vendor performance.
-   Oversee rent collections, delinquency management, and eviction processes.
-   Ensure inspections are completed on schedule.

### Owner Relations

-   Serve as a primary point of contact for property owners.
-   Handle escalations professionally and confidently.
-   Provide proactive updates and maintain strong client relationships.
-   Drive owner satisfaction and retention.

### Operational Performance

-   Monitor key portfolio metrics.
-   Improve processes and operational efficiency.
-   Ensure consistent execution across Miami and Orlando operations.
-   Partner with leadership to support company growth initiatives.

-   Has extensive hands-on property management experience.
-   Has already led teams and held employees accountable.
-   Is confident speaking with property owners, tenants, vendors, and staff.
-   Brings positive energy and urgency to daily operations.
-   Can confidently make decisions without requiring constant direction.
-   Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
-   Is comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
-   Communicates clearly and professionally in English and Spanish.

### Required Experience

### Must Have

-   5+ years of property management experience.
-   2+ years managing teams within a property management company.
-   Experience overseeing:

-   Leasing
-   Vacancies
-   Unit Turns
-   Maintenance Coordination
-   Rent Collections
-   Lease Renewals
-   Evictions
-   Owner Relations

-   Fluent English and Spanish.
-   Experience working directly with property owners.
-   Experience managing remote teams.
-   Strong leadership and people management skills.

### Strongly Preferred

-   Experience managing operations across multiple markets.
-   Buildium experience.
-   QuickBooks experience.
-   Monday.com experience.
-   Residential property management portfolio experience.
