## Description

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Product Engineer** with strong expertise in **SWIFT Payments** and **TCS BaNCS Payments** to support enterprise payment platform initiatives within Business Platforms & Payments. The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in payment processing, SWIFT messaging, remittance operations, payment lifecycle management, and enterprise banking integrations.

The role requires a strong understanding of domestic and international payment processing, payment messaging standards, banking operations, and modern payment platforms within large-scale banking environments.

## Requirements

### Key Responsibilities

-   Design, develop, and support enterprise payment solutions using SWIFT and TCS BaNCS Payments.
-   Analyze, enhance, and optimize payment processing workflows for high-volume banking transactions.
-   Support end-to-end payment processing across domestic and international payment systems.
-   Manage inward and outward Telegraphic Transfer (TT) payments and remittance confirmations.
-   Perform payment reconciliation and ensure transaction accuracy across payment systems.
-   Develop, maintain, and support payment interfaces between core banking systems and external payment networks.
-   Integrate third-party payment gateways, APIs, and banking services.
-   Configure and support SWIFT payment interfaces and payment routing solutions.
-   Work closely with business users to understand payment requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
-   Support production incidents, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and payment monitoring.
-   Ensure compliance with banking regulations, payment standards, and internal security policies.
-   Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
-   Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and Operations to deliver high-quality payment solutions.
-   Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and implementation guides.
-   Support payment modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

### Required Technical Skills

-   Strong hands-on experience with **SWIFT Payments**.
-   Strong experience working on **TCS BaNCS Payments** platform.
-   Expertise in payment processing and payment lifecycle management.
-   Experience handling:

-   TT Payments
-   Inward Payments
-   Outward Payments
-   Remittance Processing
-   Payment Reconciliation

-   Strong understanding of:

-   SWIFT MT Message Formats
-   ISO 20022 Payment Messaging
-   Payment Validation
-   Payment Routing

-   Experience integrating payment systems with:

-   Third-party APIs
-   Payment Gateways
-   External Banking Systems

-   Strong understanding of REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
-   Experience working with enterprise banking applications and payment platforms.
-   Good understanding of SQL and database concepts.
-   Experience with production support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
-   Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and software engineering best practices.
