### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support to Norwegian-speaking gamers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.
-   Engage with players through various channels, including live chat, email, and phone, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
-   Document player interactions within our CRM system, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement.
-   Monitor gaming trends and player feedback to relay valuable insights to the development team for enhancing gaming experiences.
-   Collaborate closely with internal teams to communicate player needs and advocate for features that enhance player satisfaction.
-   Stay current with industry trends and gaming news to foster informed discussions with customers.
-   Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing ideas and participating in team discussions.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
-   Prior experience in customer service, ideally in the gaming sector.
-   Genuine enthusiasm for gaming, along with a good grasp of player preferences and industry trends.
-   Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
-   Familiarity with CRM software and customer support platforms.
-   Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
-   Enthusiastic, proactive approach to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
