## Description

We are looking for a Media Planner to support moomoo’s media planning and awareness-focused campaigns in Australia.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, buying, and optimising media across digital platforms, publisher environments, **OOH opportunities** and other channels to drive brand visibility and growth among Australian investors.

You will work closely with our brand, marketing, and creative teams to translate brand strategy into effective awareness-led media plans and ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear performance insights.

This role sits within the Brand team and focuses primarily on **awareness-led brand campaign delivery rather than acquisition-focused performance media buying**, supporting the expansion of moomoo’s visibility across the Australian investor ecosystem.

Experience in financial services, FinTech, banking, or investment platforms is **preferred but not mandatory.**

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Collaborate with the Head of Brand to plan media strategies that support brand awareness and growth objectives in the Australian market.
-   Lead **media planning and placement for awareness-focused campaigns** across **digital platforms, publisher environments and selected offline opportunities.**
-   Manage relationships with media agencies, vendors, publishers and platforms to secure high-impact placements and optimise awareness media investment.
-   Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics such as reach and frequency, engagement signals, traffic uplift, channel-level visibility contribution
-   Provide recommendations to optimise media plans and improve campaign effectiveness and overall media investment efficiency.
-   Support the development of media plans for brand-awareness campaigns and integrated cross-channel initiatives.
-   Coordinate timelines, budgets, and cross-channel delivery to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
-   Work with internal and external creative teams to adapt assets for different media environments and ensure brand consistency.
-   Identify emerging awareness opportunities across publishers, creators, sponsorship environments and investor communities that can strengthen moomoo’s visibility in the Australian market.

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
-   Minimum 3 years of experience in **media planning, integrated campaign roles, brand marketing, or digital media environments supporting awareness initiatives**.
-   Proven experience in managing media campaigns across channels.
-   Strong understanding of media buying processes, including budgeting, placement strategy, and campaign optimisation.
-   Comfortable working with campaign performance dashboards and awareness-level indicators
-   Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-   Experience working with finance, business, investing or news-related audiences or media environments is highly desirable but not mandatory.
