## Description

### What is your mission?

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven **Senior Finance Manager** to lead financial planning, accounting operations, compliance, risk management, and business performance initiatives. The role is responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, regulatory compliance, and providing actionable financial insights to support business growth and profitability.

**You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:**

-   Lead the organisation's financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis activities
-   Direct and oversee accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, compliance, and financial reporting functions
-   Provide strategic financial insights, recommendations, and business analysis to senior management and key stakeholders
-   Develop and implement initiatives focused on cost optimisation, profitability improvement, and long-term business growth
-   Manage organisational financial risk management processes and controls
-   Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
-   Coordinate with external auditors and support audit-related activities
-   Oversee end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping operations
-   Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and corporate finance functions
-   Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve operational and financial efficiency
-   Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team
-   Support financial governance and ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards

## Requirements

### Who are we looking for?

-   Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field
-   Minimum 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, including at least 4 years in a managerial or leadership role
-   Experience within the outsourcing, offshoring, shared services, or BPO industry
-   Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, corporate finance, and risk management
-   Proven experience in end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, cash management, taxation, and financial reporting
-   Hands-on experience managing PEZA compliance, local sales processing fees, charges, and taxes
-   Strong knowledge of Philippine financial regulations, statutory compliance requirements, and regulatory reporting
-   Proficiency in ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Microsoft Excel
-   Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
-   Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
-   Strong leadership, people management, coaching, and team development capabilities
-   Exceptional business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
