**Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)**

**Location:** Alabama  
**Work Setting:** Remote / Telehealth  
**Employment Type:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**About the Role**

We are looking for an Alabama-licensed LPC to provide counseling services through telehealth. This position is focused on working directly with clients, understanding their concerns, and helping them make progress through consistent therapeutic support. You’ll manage a regular schedule of virtual sessions while handling the clinical responsibilities that come with ongoing care, including documentation, treatment planning, and follow-up. This role is ideal for a counselor who values meaningful client relationships and the flexibility of remote work.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

-   Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth appointments
-   Complete initial evaluations and gather relevant background information
-   Identify client priorities and areas of focus for counseling
-   Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, and life transitions
-   Develop practical treatment goals based on each client’s needs
-   Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
-   Review client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed
-   Maintain professional standards, confidentiality, and Alabama licensing requirements

## Requirements

-   Active Alabama **LPC license**
-   Master’s degree in Counseling or a related clinical field
-   Experience providing professional counseling services
-   Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
-   Ability to manage client care independently
-   Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth
