We’re looking for a visionary **Experience Manager** to craft memorable journeys for our communities — blending smart technology, operational excellence, and heartfelt service to elevate living spaces across our portfolios.

### 🎯 What You’ll Lead

-   Deliver exceptional resident experiences by executing portfolio strategies, driving digitization & process automation
-   Leverage tools: **SnagReport, Master Plan, Mollak, GRIDS** to streamline operations, boost energy efficiency & cut costs
-   Champion innovation — smart buildings, sustainable practices, and continuous improvement
-   Ensure full compliance with **RERA & Dubai Law No. 6 of 2019**
-   Manage service providers, Owners Committees, budgets, procurement & tendering
-   Train site teams, refine processes, and turn challenges into seamless solutions

## Requirements

-   🎓 BSc Degree
-   💼 **5+ years** in Community / Property Management
-   Deep expertise in RERA regulations, Law #6 of 2019, and Dubai real estate standards
-   Proven track record launching community initiatives & measuring impact
-   Tech-savvy, data-driven, and obsessed with customer service
-   Strong communicator, problem-solver, and self-starter
