## Description

CiberSQL is seeking an experienced Oracle Database Analyst to support a large-scale government healthcare data environment. This role focuses on Oracle database support, SQL/PL-SQL development, reporting, troubleshooting, and system performance optimization within a mission-critical enterprise environment.

**Location:** Tallahassee, FL | Remote/Hybrid may be considered

**Contract Term:** 12-Month Contract | Potential Extension

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL / PL-SQL scripts within Oracle database environments
-   Support daily database operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
-   Analyze and resolve production issues and system processing errors
-   Gather business and reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions
-   Create reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or Splunk
-   Support system integrations and interface processes across multiple enterprise applications
-   Assist with database modernization, cloud-hosted database platforms, and migration initiatives
-   Document technical requirements, enhancements, testing results, and system updates
-   Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment activities
-   Identify opportunities to improve system performance and operational efficiencies

## Requirements

**Required Qualifications:**

-   Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Tallahassee, FL if required
-   10+ years of Oracle Database experience
-   10+ years of SQL / PL-SQL scripting and development experience
-   Strong experience with database tuning and performance optimization
-   Experience gathering business/reporting requirements and translating them into technical solutions
-   Experience supporting enterprise production environments
-   Experience with cloud-hosted database platforms
-   Experience with NoSQL, Object-Oriented, Key-Value, or In-Memory database technologies
-   Experience developing reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions in enterprise environments
-   Experience with database migration and/or platform conversion projects
-   Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
-   Experience with business intelligence/reporting tools such as:

-   Power BI
-   Tableau
-   Qlik
-   Splunk

-   Background screening and fingerprinting required
-   Strong communication and documentation skills

**Preferred Qualifications:**

-   Government, healthcare, public sector, or highly regulated industry experience
-   Experience supporting large enterprise data systems
-   Experience with operational support and production environments
