## Description

SWOT Hospitality is seeking an experienced

**Captain**

for the renowned **Porto Carras** resort. The Captain will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery in a luxury dining environment, overseeing the dining team and ensuring our guests receive a memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**

-   Supervise and manage the dining service team, ensuring high standards of guest service and hospitality are maintained
-   Train, mentor, and motivate staff to ensure optimal performance and adherence to company standards
-   Coordinate the set-up and service for all dining events, including weddings, banquets, and private functions
-   Maintain an organized environment, overseeing table settings, service timing, and attention to guests' needs
-   Address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally to enhance overall guest satisfaction
-   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all dining areas
-   Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination on service delivery

## Requirements

-   Proven experience as a Captain or in a supervisory role in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings
-   Strong leadership abilities with a passion for providing excellent guest service
-   Fluent in English and Greek; additional languages are a plus
-   Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-   Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
-   Knowledge of various cuisines and wine pairing will be advantageous
-   Relevant qualifications in Hospitality Management or a related field are preferred
