## Description

**Job Title:** Recruiter / HR Coordinator

**Location:** South Africa

**Job Type:** Full-Time, Remote

**Working Hours:** US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

**Salary:** South African Rand (ZAR)

A motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter / HR Coordinator is sought to support recruitment and human resources operations within a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing hiring processes, coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Manage full-cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative positions
-   Source, screen, and interview candidates through various recruitment channels
-   Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers and candidates
-   Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records
-   Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms
-   Support onboarding and employee documentation processes
-   Assist with HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation
-   Coordinate communication between employees, management, and HR teams
-   Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
-   Support employee engagement and HR operational initiatives
-   Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations

## Requirements

-   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
-   2+ years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
-   Experience in healthcare recruitment or healthcare administration preferred
-   Software experience required: Indeed and similar recruitment platforms
-   Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
-   Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
-   Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR software preferred
-   Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
-   Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
-   Ability to work independently in a remote environment
-   Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
-   Experience working with US-based teams or healthcare systems is an advantage
