## Description

**Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Full-Time | Iowa**

We’re looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support individuals and families in overcoming life’s challenges through effective counseling.

**Type:** Full-Time

**Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

**Salary:** **$115,000–$120,000** per year, plus benefits

**Key Responsibilities:**

-   Provide therapy sessions for individuals and families to foster emotional well-being.
-   Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address mental health concerns.
-   Conduct client assessments and gather social histories to guide therapy approaches.
-   Educate clients and families on mental health resources and treatment strategies.
-   Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records.

## Requirements

-   Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
-   Active LMFT license in Iowa.
-   Experience working with diverse populations.
-   Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
