## Requirements

-   Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure client confidentiality and privacy is maintained at all times
-   Certification in CPR and First Aid, and mandated reporter is required; must be willing to obtain within 30 days of hire.
-   Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, neurodevelopmental disorders, dementia, or intellectual disabilities support preferred
-   Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
-   Ability to lift heavy objects safely
-   Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
