## Description

**CNC Machine Operator – Plasma/Laser + Gantry Crane | 4-Day Week (Afternoons)**

**What you’ll be doing**

-   Operating CNC plasma/laser cutting machines
-   Loading and unloading steel using an overhead gantry crane
-   Reading and working from drawings
-   Maintaining quality, safety and housekeeping standards
-   Supporting wider workshop operations as needed

**What you’ll bring**

-   Experience operating CNC plasma or laser cutting machines
-   Experience with overhead gantry crane operation
-   Background working with steel or other heavy materials
-   Ability to read and interpret engineering/workshop drawings
-   Currently residing in New Zealand or holding a valid work visa
-   Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen
