**Pay:** $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Job description:

LifeSource Water Systems, the fastest growing residential water treatment company in the US, is seeking highly motivated **Bilingual (Spanish)** Phone Sales Representatives to work from home and join our elite, high-performing team.

_**What will you earn:**_

· Our Inside Sales team members are _**expected to earn a minimum of $150,000 per year**_ through weekly commissions and monthly incentives.

· Yearly Bonus/Recognition & Incentive Programs.

· Top Producers earn over $200k.

## Requirements

_**What we are looking for:**_

-   Excellent phone sales experience.
-   A positive attitude, with a high level of confidence.
-   A minimum of 4 years inside sales experience.
-   A team player who appreciates a positive culture.
-   Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with CRM and Excel.
