## Hand Threader – 2nd Shift

**Now Hiring | $18.00 Per Hour | Full-Time | Weekly Pay**

### What You'll Do

-   Perform threading operations on materials and components according to specifications.
-   Use hand threading tools and equipment to complete production tasks.
-   Follow work instructions, measurements, and production requirements.
-   Inspect threaded products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
-   Identify defects or irregularities and report concerns as needed.
-   Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
-   Follow all workplace safety procedures.
-   Work with team members to meet production goals.

### What We're Looking For

-   Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
-   Experience with hand tools, threading equipment, or industrial machinery is a plus.
-   Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
-   Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards.
-   Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
