## Description

-   Video Production & Shooting**:** Direct, light, frame, and record high-quality long-form and short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, promotional ads).

-   End-to-End Editing: Edit raw footage into polished, engaging visual assets using professional editing software—adding cuts, motion graphics, sound design, color grading, and captions.

-   Content Strategy & Ideation: Brainstorm, pitch, and script innovative video concepts aligned with audience trends, channel best practices, and business goals.

-   Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity, voice, and quality standards across all video assets and digital content channels.

## Requirements

-   4+ years of professional content creation experience, with a heavy emphasis on video production.
-   Expert proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut Pro).
-   Strong project management skills, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
