Job Title: Team Member – LV Petroleum

  
A Team Member provides friendly, fast, and accurate service while preparing quality food and maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

-   Greet guests warmly and take orders with a positive attitude 
-   Ensure guests receive correct, high-quality orders promptly 
-   Handle cash, card, and mobile transactions accurately using a POS system 
-   Address customer questions or concerns professionally

Food Preparation

-   Cook and assemble food orders following Miss J's recipes and standards 
-   Prepare beverages including root beer floats and soft drinks 
-   Follow food safety and cleanliness procedures

Cleanliness & Maintenance

-   Maintain a clean work environment in kitchen, dining, and restroom areas 
-   Restock supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed 
-   Perform opening, mid-shift, or closing duties as assigned

Teamwork

-   Work with fellow team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations 
-   Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers 
-   Be willing to assist in other tasks or roles when necessary
