Job responsibilities:  
\- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify customer needs and preferences.  
\- Develop and implement product planning strategies to align with the company's business objectives.  
\- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to define product specifications and features.  
\- Monitor the product lifecycle and recommend improvements or updates to enhance competitiveness.  
\- Prepare detailed product roadmaps and timelines to ensure timely delivery of new products.  
\- Evaluate competitor products and market positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.  
\- Provide input on pricing strategies and product positioning to maximize market share and profitability.  
\- Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote new products.  
\- Track and report on product performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and market share.  
\- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in product development and planning.  
  
Job requirements:  
\- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.  
\- Proven experience in product planning, product management, or a related role in the automotive industry.  
\- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.  
\- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.  
\- Proficiency in using product management tools and software.  
\- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.  
\- Knowledge of automotive industry standards, regulations, and emerging technologies.  
\- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.  
\- Fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
