**Job Title: Client Relations Specialist – Client Services**

Talent 360 is hiring a Client Relations Specialist to join our team. This is a full‑time opportunity for someone proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering high‑quality work in a fast‑paced business environment.

About the role  
**As a Client Relations Specialist at Talent 360, you will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring smooth communication to deliver the highest level of service quality. The ideal candidate should have experience in client services or account management and the ability to work closely with different teams to ensure smooth workflow, accurate follow‑up, and high‑quality execution.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction
-   Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients
-   Conduct quality calls to ensure service standards are met
-   Handle client complaints and solve conflicts professionally
-   Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues
-   Follow up with clients regarding pending payments
-   Keep records of client communication and feedback
-   Report client concerns to management when needed

## Requirements

-   Previous experience in Customer Service / Client Relations / Account Management preferred
-   Fluent English speaker (spoken and written)
-   Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-   Ability to handle difficult situations professionally
-   Ability to follow up and track tasks accurately
-   Attention to detail, time management, and professional attitude

## Benefits

-   Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (including one-hour break)
-   Days Off: Saturdays & Sundays
-   Work Location: Sheikh Zayed, Cairo
