About the company:  
A leading engineering & project company in palm business. Our businesses are mainly EPC projects on latest version of commercial palm oil processing plants in upstream and downstream businesses.  
  
Job responsibilities:  
  
\* Lead and manage the innovation process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company  
goals and objectives.  
\* Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, technologies, and trends to drive growth and competitive  
advantage.  
\* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative strategies and projects.  
\* Foster a culture of innovation by promoting creative thinking and problem-solving across the organization.  
\* Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including startups, academic institutions, and  
industry experts.  
\* Monitor and report on the progress of innovation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for  
improvement.  
\* Manage the innovation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.  
\* Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the innovation capabilities of team members.  
  
Job requirements:  
\* Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.  
\* Proven experience in innovation management, product development, or a similar role.  
\* Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.  
\* Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
