## Description

**Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)**

**Mississippi | Full-Time | Remote | $115,000–$120,000/year**  
**Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM**

The Role

We’re looking for a licensed therapist to provide virtual mental health care to adults across Mississippi. You’ll spend most of your time doing what matters most: meeting with clients, building genuine connections, and helping them move forward through the challenges they’re experiencing. You’ll have the flexibility of working remotely without sacrificing structure, with a consistent weekday schedule and a team available when collaboration is needed.

**Your Day-to-Day**

-   Hold scheduled therapy sessions with clients through telehealth
-   Get to know each client’s concerns, goals, and circumstances
-   Help clients navigate emotional difficulties, relationship issues, life transitions, and other challenges
-   Use your clinical judgment to determine appropriate approaches and adjust care as needs change
-   Keep progress notes and other required records accurate and up to date
-   Connect with other care team members when coordination is appropriate
-   Maintain professional boundaries and follow Mississippi licensing and practice requirements

## Requirements

-   Must hold an active Mississippi license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-S), or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW)
-   Experience delivering counseling, therapy, or behavioral health services
-   Comfortable working with clients through secure telehealth technology
-   Strong documentation and clinical communication skills
-   Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency
