## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Spanish Customer Support Representative to join our team at a leading household appliances company. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to Spanish-speaking customers from the comfort of your home in Greece.

**Responsibilities**

-   Provide prompt and efficient customer support via chat and phone.
-   Accurately and effectively address customer inquiries, including how-to questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
-   Build strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional and personalized support experience.
-   Contribute to continuous process improvement and identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction.

## Requirements

-   Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
-   Advanced English language skills.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-centric approach.
-   Proven problem-solving and analytical skills.
-   Strong computer literacy and technical aptitude.
-   Being based in Greece or being willing to relocate
-   EU Passport holder (essential for relocation support).
-   Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote environment.
