## Description

Aureol Global Connections is looking for 2 proficient MIG Welders to enhance our dynamic team. As a MIG Welder, you will be integral to our production process, applying your welding skills to fabricate and assemble metal components with precision and care. ### Key Responsibilities

-   Set up and operate MIG welding machines to weld and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
-   Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine welding requirements.
-   Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure adherence to quality standards.
-   Work closely with the production team to address and resolve fabrication challenges.
-   Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all safety guidelines are met.
-   Document welding activities, including materials used and processes followed.
-   Participate in team meetings and provide input on workflow improvements.
-   Engage in ongoing training to enhance skills and stay updated on welding techniques.

## Requirements

-   High school diploma or equivalent is required; relevant welding certifications are a plus.
-   Demonstrable experience as a MIG Welder or in a similar position within a manufacturing setting.
-   Strong understanding of MIG welding techniques and experience with various metals.
-   Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
-   Attention to detail with a strong focus on producing quality welds.
-   Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the role.
-   Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
-   Flexibility to adapt to different projects and work environments.
