**About us**

Metroll is a leading Australian manufacturer and supplier of quality metal building products, including roofing and cladding, insulation, flahings, Colorbond fencing, purlins, carports, patios, and a wide range of shed kits.

We are a well-established business with a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and quality. We are currently seeking additional team members to join our machine operations team at Metroll Lismore.

**About the role**

This is a casual position with full time hours, working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The role is offered on a six-month probation period, with the view to transition into permanent full time employment.

Working hours: 8.54 AM to 5 PM

**What we are looking for**

-   Proven experience in machine operation
-   Current forklift license is essential
-   Experience within a manufacturing environment is highly regarded
-   Forklift licence is highly regarded and considered an advantage
-   Ability to work to deadlines and available for overtime when required
-   Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
-   Strong understanding of WHS requirements and safe work practices
-   Ability to work effectively within a team with strong communication skills
-   Willingness to learn and develop
-   Honest, reliable, and punctual
-   Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
