Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Danish Speaking Customer Service Representative for a leading Food Delivery Platform, offering a remote position based in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about food and delivering exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking users.

  

### Responsibilities

-   Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding their food delivery inquiries and issues.
-   Assist customers with order placements, modifications, cancellations, and resolving any delivery-related concerns.
-   Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards ensuring customer satisfaction.
-   Collaborate with partners and delivery teams to address any issues and enhance the overall user experience.
-   Stay updated on the latest promotions, features, and services of the food delivery platform to provide accurate information.
-   Document all customer interactions accurately and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
-   Foster positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
-   Experience in customer service, preferably in the food or tech sector.
-   Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-   Ability to handle sensitive information and manage customer expectations effectively.
-   Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
-   Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
-   A passion for food and a proactive approach to customer service.
