## Description

**Mental Health Counselor Supervisor**

**Location:** Florida  
**Pay:** $100/hr to $250/hr  
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday

**Job Summary**

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for Florida clinical supervisors who can support registered interns and developing mental health professionals with practical, reliable guidance. This role is a strong fit for experienced providers who understand how supervision can shape ethical and confident clinicians.

**Key Responsibilities**

-   Provide clinical supervision to developing mental health professionals
-   Review documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and clinical cases
-   Support supervisees with confidence, skill-building, and professional growth
-   Follow Florida supervision requirements
-   Maintain organized supervision communication and records

## Requirements

-   Active Florida clinical license in good standing
-   Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
-   Must meet Florida requirements to provide supervision
-   Experience supervising registered interns or developing clinicians preferred
