## Description

We're looking for a talented Mid-Level UI/UX Designer to join Innovitics and help shape intuitive, modern, high-quality digital experiences across web and mobile products. You'll work at the intersection of user experience and visual craft — translating business goals and user needs into interfaces people genuinely enjoy using.

**Responsibilities**

-   Participate in the end-to-end UI/UX design process, from requirements gathering to final high-fidelity designs.
-   Translate business requirements and user needs into clear user flows and experiences.
-   Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
-   Design responsive experiences for websites, dashboards, and mobile applications.
-   Identify usability issues and propose practical, user-centered improvements.
-   Use and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and design guidelines.
-   Maintain visual and interaction consistency across products and screens.
-   Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
-   Present design concepts and clearly articulate the reasoning behind design decisions.
-   Support developers during implementation and review builds to ensure visual and interaction accuracy.

-   Conduct competitor research and stay current with UI/UX trends and best practices.

## Requirements

-   2–4 years of professional UI/UX or Product Design experience.
-   A strong portfolio demonstrating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
-   Strong proficiency in Figma, including Auto Layout, components, variants, and prototyping.
-   Solid understanding of UX principles, usability, responsive design, accessibility, and interaction design.
-   Strong visual design skills, with close attention to typography, spacing, hierarchy, layout, and consistency.
-   Ability to translate complex workflows into clear, intuitive experiences.
-   Experience designing mobile applications, web applications, or dashboards.
-   Good understanding of design-to-development handoff.
-   Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
-   Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
-   Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating on designs.

**Nice to Have**

-   Experience working on SaaS, enterprise, fintech, e-commerce, or similar digital products.
-   Experience working with or contributing to a design system.
-   Basic experience with usability testing or user research.
-   Understanding of analytics and data-informed design decisions.
-   Experience working within Agile teams.
