## Description

**Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LMHC) | Remote**

**Location:** Rhode Island  
**Position:** Full-Time  
**Salary:** $115,000–$120,000 per year  
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

**About the Role**

We’re hiring independently licensed therapists in Rhode Island to provide virtual mental health care to clients from the comfort of a remote setting. Eligible licenses include **LMFT, LICSW, and LMHC**.

You’ll spend your day meeting with clients, understanding what they’re working through, and helping them make steady progress toward their goals. The role is best suited for a clinician who is confident working independently, values thoughtful client relationships, and stays organized with documentation and follow-up care.

**Responsibilities**

-   Meet with clients through secure video sessions and provide ongoing therapeutic support
-   Complete initial evaluations and identify areas that need clinical attention
-   Work with clients to set realistic goals and shape a plan for treatment
-   Use therapeutic approaches that fit each client’s needs, concerns, and progress
-   Keep session notes and clinical records accurate and up to date
-   Watch for changes in risk or safety and respond according to established procedures
-   Maintain client privacy and follow Rhode Island licensing, ethical, and HIPAA requirements

## Requirements

-   Active Rhode Island independent license (**LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC**) in good standing
-   Master’s degree in an aligned behavioral health field
-   Experience providing outpatient therapy services
-   Proficiency with EMR documentation and professional communication
-   Ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday schedule
