## Description

Clearsite Industrial Services is a leading provider of hydrovac, vacuum excavation, and industrial and environmental field services. We are looking for an experiencedForeman to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is comfortable working in the field, leading crews, coordinating equipment and schedules, and serving as a key point of contact between our customers, field teams, and management.  
  
Key Responsibilities:

-   Lead daily industrial field service operations, ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer expectations.
-   Lead and coordinate field crews, daily schedules, and equipment assignments.
-   Serve as the primary field contact for customers and management, providing updates and helping resolve issues as they arise.
-   Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
-   Inspect equipment and work areas before jobs begin and address potential hazards or deficiencies to help prevent accidents, injuries, downtime, or equipment damage.
-   Operate necessary equipment in accordance with training and established safety procedures.
-   Provide hands-on guidance and support to crew members to ensure work is completed according to client requirements and company standards.
-   Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with U.S. DOT and other applicable requirements.
-   Manage project documentation and assist with job reconciliation and review.
-   Perform additional duties as needed to support field operations and company objectives.

## Requirements

### Required Qualifications:

-   3+ years of supervisory or crew-lead experience in environmental field services, construction, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
-   Experience leading field crews of at least 3 employees.
-   Proven ability to communicate directly with customers and management as the primary field point of contact.
-   Experience managing, reconciling, and reviewing job documentation for field projects.
-   Valid driver's license.
-   TWIC card, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
-   Current HAZWOPER and Confined Space training certifications.
-   Ability to perform hands-on field work, including lifting, frequent kneeling/climbing, confined-space entry, respirator use, and wearing PPE for extended periods.
-   Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel based on project needs.

### Preferred Qualifications:

-   Experience with industrial emergency response and hazmat clean-up.
-   Experience managing project-related vendors.
-   Current OSHA 10 certification.
-   Current First Aid certification.
-   Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
