**Are you a German speaker? We are looking for German Customer Support Consultants to join the dynamic team.**

**What you will do:**

-   Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
-   Answering how-to questions about payment
-   Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
-   Assisting subscribers with howto questions & navigating on Netflix

## Requirements

-   **Excellent communication skills in German**
-   **C1/C2 English skills**
-   Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
-   Minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience
-   General understanding of online marketing products/services being supported
-   Excellent communication skills
-   **EU Passport**
-   **Relocation to Greece**
