Mercier Consultancy is seeking dedicated Danish Speaking Customer Support Representatives to move to Greece with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the country. We offer a paid relocation package to assist you in making a smooth transition to Greece. This role is perfect for individuals fluent in Danish who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and eager to experience life in Greece.

### Key Responsibilities

-   Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat channels.
-   Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services.
-   Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining positive customer relationships.
-   Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
-   Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-   Stay informed about company products, policies, and industry developments to offer informed assistance.

## Requirements

-   Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.
-   Previous experience in customer support or related fields preferred.
-   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
-   Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently in a remote setup.
-   Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
-   Positive attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to relocate and integrate into Greek culture.
-   Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
